Andre repaired my washing machine and we still had a little issue after initial repair. Andre followed up and took care of the problem. He is courteous and informative. HighNAppliance stands by their name. We are definitely keeping this number in our contacts.

Andre Coleman serviced our refrigerator and went above and beyond in dissecting and diagnosing the problem. He patiently and promptly explained the issue and solution while carefully repairing it with exact precision. He was extremely knowledgeable, neat, organized, friendly, polite and reassuring; just so refreshing in this day and age of questionable technicians. His price was more than fair and I would not hesitate to rely on him for all future appliance needs. Just so pleased. Well done!

Our six year old Kenmore Microwave stopped working, who should I call, lucky for us my wife called High”N Appliance repair. Not only did he come on time Mr. Coleman was pleasant his troubleshooting found the problem followed by having the part and returned the microwave to full operation in a short period of time. If we ever have a appliance problem in the future I will call them first and ask for Mr. Coleman.

Andre was fast responding to my service request, very detailed in explaining the issue, and provided cost effective options. I will defintely reach out to HighNAppliance in the future for all appliance services.

Yesterday Home Depot delivered a Bosch dishwasher I purchased. I had paid for installation and haul away. Upon arriving the technician said he could not install the DW as the shut off valve was not within 4′ on the same floor and it is their policy to not go in a basement. I asked them to leave the DW after I had inspected it.

My husband then contacted High’n Appliance Repair and to our suprise…said they could install it that day!!! A delightful technician named Andre came at the time specified and expertly installed our dishwasher. We could not be more pleased and will certainly refer your company to anyone that needs this service. Thank you.

Andre has been to my home several times over the past year or so. He is extremely professional and explains everything clearly. He goes out of his way to make sure that the customer understands the issue and how to fix it. He has also given me several hints and tips on how to make my dishwasher run more efficiently. He is very neat, organized, and conscientious about his work. I highly recommend him.

I had a rough job for Andre. So many issues to deal with. But he owned it all until it was done and tested. He even took the faulty ice maker unit back to his house to monitor it for a week. I have never seen such dedication to a job. Talk about owning a project until the job is done…WOW!!
